We have partner foundries both of investment casting and sand castings with which we have been cooperating for many years, so that we are qualified to machine and supply a wide range of parts. Sometimes, we also help our partner foundries do the machining job for some orders.

For us, it depends on specific projects. When a project values, we can invest new machines. For example, we invested Doosan machine for a GM flange project to meet the requirement of 120000 pcs per month. For the investment foundry we are cooperating, 550-600 tons a year; For the sand casting foundry we are cooperating, 7000-8000 tons a year;

For sampling, our accounting team requests 50% of tooling cost(fixture cost) in advance + 50% after sample approved; For production, 30% in advance + 70% before delivery.

Sampling: 55-65 days (casting+machining process) & 15-25 days (fully machining process); Production: 45-60 day(casting+machining process) & 15-30 days (fully machining process). In fact, we evaluate the shortest lead time order by order.
