The molding process steps are as follows:

  1. Put the wax material into the mixer, heat it to 45-48°C, and stir it into a paste; 
  2. Insert the two metal column molds into the two flexible mold sleeve holes respectively Insert the flexible mold sleeve, place the three in the cavity of the metal mold, and close the upper and lower molds; 
  3. Inject the paste wax into the mold at a pressure of 3.5 atmospheres, respectively Pouring the casting body wax mold and the gate wax mold, and cool for 30-60 minutes at room temperature; 
  4. Open the upper and lower molds of the metal mold, and remove the two metal pillar molds placed in it, and the casting body wax mold and After demolding the gate piece wax mold, put it in the pool to cool to 22-27°C, and take it out for later use;
  5. The casting body wax mold made in step (4) is trimmed, and then poured with a hot knife at 150°C The mouth piece wax pattern and the casting bodywax pattern are glued together to obtain a casting wax pattern.
